Successful candidates will receive the following:

· Full sponsorship to take the one-year program in Accra, Ghana

· Training in software development, business, and communication skills

· Build and scale a globally successful software business with a dynamic team

· Become part of a lasting global community and network

· Receive world-class mentorship from tech experts and entrepreneurs

· An opportunity to receive up to $100,000 in seed funding, and business incubation



Applicant Criteria:

· Education: A degree from a top university or Technical College (or equivalent experience)

· Experience: Entrepreneurial or corporate work experience

· Passion: A deep passion for starting a software company in Africa

· Commitment: Ready to commit to a full residential program for a whole year

· Soft Skills: Confident with great leadership qualities, people skills, and ability to communicate effectively

· Fill out and submit the MEST Training Program application form
