NGA-Coursework is an initiative funded by the South African National Graduate Academy for Mathematical and Statistical Sciences (NGA(MaSS)). The aim of NGA-Coursework is to provide a centralized platform for pooling the resources of all South African universities in offering a more consistent and wider range of masters level coursework in mathematics and statistical sciences. Such pooled-resource models have proven to be successful internationally.

NGA-Coursework will be presented online and is geared toward MSc and PhD students who are registered at South African Universities. Staff and postdocs are also welcome to participate. NGA-Coursework is free of charge for all participants.

Quality assurance of all courses is the mandate of the NGA (MaSS). Participants wishing to negotiate credit recognition at their home university should discuss this with the steering committee and their home university administration ahead of time. See more https://www.ngacoursework.org.za/
