Are you an experienced developer with Linux/Python focus, an interest in deep learning, IoT and cloud technology and in joining a small dynamic, flexible team in developing a global opportunity?
Deep Data is a Cape Town based technology company with global reach that focuses on the development and operation of deep learning-based real-time video analytics and alerting platforms which includes historical search capabilities. We use a combination of IOT edge based devices and cloud infrastructure. Our target markets include security, health and safety and production.

We have an opening for an experienced python developer to join the core development team focused on the DeepAlert product. Strong use of Python is made through much of our technology stack. Familiarity with most of our tech stack would be an advantage.

Tensorflow (we build our own deep learning models)

For front-ends (experience here would be a bonus) we make use of
Javascript/React/HTML/CSS (also Typescript/Node/Material)
The team is small and high powered. Effective teamwork is essential. The working environment makes extensive use of online tools, has flexibility and is delivery focused. An engineering mindset would be an advantage.
