The education Team at Opti-Num is looking for an enthusiastic and creative person who is passionate about STEM education and technology in teaching. You will be supporting Southern African universities adopt STEM tools effectively in their curriculum to uplift tertiary teaching efforts and make science and engineering fun.

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will work directly with a portfolio of Southern Africa’s leading academic universities and be part of a team that proactively drives adoption of our software. We focus on delivering excellent service to our customers, building long-lasting partnerships, which results in renewal of their campus-wide license every year.
