Internet and the world wide web are two related concepts. Sir Tim Berners-Lee, the man who invented the web almost thirty years ago speaks during the Web Summit. He is concerned with the way people use the web today, in contrast to the intended original idea that the web would connect humanity to be more peaceful, constructive, and useful than humanity disconnected, and bring the best brains of the world to together to collaboratively do amazing things.
