China is doing business, and it has been lending huge amounts of money to quite a large number of Africa countries. Due to Africa countries' government officials' corruption, lack of planning on how to use the money they borrow, or funds mismanagement, most of these African countries will fall into China's debt-trap (debt-trap diplomacy).
