Get the latest packages by updating repositories:
Download pip3:
Download and install the latest global version of django for python3:
Verify what version of django you have installed:

You can also verify which version you have by doing the following:
$ python3
>>> from django import get_version
>>> get_version()
>>>'1.8.3'
or type in the terminal
