How to make web-based text editor

How can I make my own text editor that works on websites?
I know how to.use css language to format texts in different styles and formats good enough I can make text area, where to my texts but the problem is that how would I allow my customers whom I assume that they do not have this knowledge? or there is already made editors as computer online software? Please help
