Mathematics Postdoctoral Position in Germany

Osnabrück University’s Institute of Mathematics belonging to the School of Mathematics/ Computer Science invites applications for a Postdoctoral Position.
The starting date for this position is 1st of July 2017. The contract is given for 2 years. The position is within the E 13 TV-L German public sector pay scale and is offered at a 100 % base.
Description of responsibilities:
Research in the field of Applied Analysis
Teaching duties in mathematics
Own scientific activities to pursue a postdoctoral lecture qualification
Required qualifications:
Candidates are required to hold a master/diploma degree in mathematics,
a PhD in mathematics
excellent knowledge in the field of Applied Analysis and Numeric
The research interests are mainly focused on Applied harmonic Analysis, Numerical Algebra, fast Algorithms and Applications for Image and Signal Processing.
The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis.
