Deploying Kobo Forms for Data Collection and Submission

Option One: Deploy Kobo Form on Android Application - KoboCollect

Register account on KoboToolbox: https://kf.kobotoolbox.org
1. Go to https://kf.kobotoolbox.org in your web browser.
2. Click "Create an account" link on the homepage.
3. Fill in the required information, including your name, email address, password, and organization (optional).
4. Click on the "CREATE ACCOUNT" link near the bottom.
5. Accept the terms and conditions of service if required.
6. Check your email for a confirmation message and follow the instructions to verify your account.
7. Verify that your account has been created successfully by logging in with your username and password.
Install the KoboCollect App for Android device from Google Play Store
1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
2. In the search bar, type "KoboCollect" and press enter.
3. Look for the official KoboCollect app developed by the KoboToolbox team.
4. Tap on the app to open its page.
5. Click on the "Install" button to download and install the app on your device.
Configure the installed KoboCollect app to work with KoboToolbox for data collection
1. Open the KoboCollect app on your Android device.
2. Select Manually enter project details.
3. Tap on the three dots (options) icon in the top-right corner to open the menu.
4. Select "General Settings" from the menu.
5. Tap on the "Server" option.
6. Enter the server URL https://kc.kobotoolbox.org and your username and password.
7. Click on the back arrow/icon to save the settings.
Upload a Kobo form on the Android device
1. Ensure that you are connected to the internet.
2. Open the KoboCollect app on your Android device.
3. Select "Get Blank Form" from the menu.
4. The app will connect to the KoboToolbox server and display the available forms.
5. Select the form you want to upload.
6. Click on the "Get Selected" button.
7. The form will be downloaded and uploaded to your Android device.
Select/Get, fill, and save a Kobo form
1. Open the KoboCollect app on your Android device.
2. Tap on "Fill Blank Form".
3. Tap on the form you want to fill from the list of available forms.
4. Enter the required data in the form fields.
5. To save the filled form, tap on the "Save Form and Exit" button at the bottom of the screen. Note that you can rename the form before saving.
6. The form will be saved on your device.
Delete an uploaded form and get an updated one
1. Open the KoboCollect app on your Android device.
2. Tap/Select "Delete Saved Form" from the menu.
3. A list of saved forms will be displayed.
4. Tap on "Blank Forms" on the top right corner.
5. Check the box next to the form you want to delete.
6. Tap on the "Delete Selected" button.
Get an updated form from KoboToolbox/server
- Follow the steps mentioned in step 4 to download and upload a new form from the KoboToolbox server.

Option Two: Deploy Kobo Form via Web

Go to https://www.tssfl.com/viewtopic.php?t=6739
Log in with the following credentials if needed:
Username: survey.
Password: survey.
Enter the required data in the form fields.
Click Submit at the bottom of the form to send your data to KoboToolbox/server. When you submit the form the form fields will be empty.
