Which one do you think is the best PHP integrated development environment (IDE)?

From my brief review, NetBeans is considered powerful and feature-rich, it supports a number of languages. Eclipse is also powerful for anything but not for some language in particular.

Download NetBeans Installer from https://netbeans.org/downloads/, then open the Terminal and considering the file is in Downloads folder, type:
chmod +x ~/Downloads/netbeans-8.0.2-linux.sh
cd ~/Downloads && ./netbeans-8.0.2-linux.sh
That brings you to the installation window, follow instructions to complete installation.
To uninstall, run ./uninstall.sh in the install directory
chmod +x ~/Downloads/netbeans-8.0.2-linux.sh
cd ~/Downloads && ./netbeans-8.0.2-linux.sh
That brings you to the installation window, follow instructions to complete installation.
To uninstall, run ./uninstall.sh in the install directory
