As part of their public outreach, the Project Numeracy Team of Dar es Salaam University College of Education (DUCE) led by Dr. Elimboto Yohana conducted a training to early grade teachers how to use digitized and virtualized materials at TSSFL Stack to teach numeracy to early grade pupils during the commemoration of UDSM 60th years and the 17th anniversary of DUCE on 19th October 2022. DUCE invited 25 teachers from Temeke Municipal who were trained how to access the Project Numeracy materials curated at TSSFL Stack and how to use them to teach early grade learners. The training took place from 0900 hours to 1600 hours at DUCE Science Computer Lab.

Project Numeracy (Project Registration Number: DUCE-20122), officially titled "Open Source Software and Web-based Technologies to Enhance Early Grade Teaching and Learning", is funded through the University of Dar Es Salaam Competitive Research and Innovation Grant for the year 2020/2021. We convey our tremendous thanks to the University of Dar es Salaam for making this project possible.

Attached are some photos that were taken during the training event.
