UKZN International Students Durban City Tour

Organized by the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN) President of the International Students Association (ISA) Ms Namutula Mukelabai in collaboration with the Students International Office Staff members, preferentially Sinethemba Precious Khumalo (Sne) and Nombuso Mtshali, Durban City Tour for UKZN International Students was a restful, fun and entertaining event that took place on Saturday July 6th 2019 from 9:30 am, see attached photos below. The Tour started from M. Josie Hall of the UKZN Westville Campus and headed to Durban CBD, Durban Harbor, continuously to other such famous destinations as Ushaka Marine World and Blue Lagoon. We cruised along marvelous Durban coasts, with random stops to famous Ushaka, Laguna, South and North Beaches. This joyous tour was made more vibe and humorous by "Londeka ", the most entertaining lady throughout the tour trip, who also happened to know a lot about what really takes place during Durban July - an event in Durban that coincided with Durban City Tour.

The tour was preceded by Shopping Day at the Pavilion Mall on Thursday 4th July 2019 from 13:00 to 15:00, and an enlightening Orientation Day for International Students on Friday, 5th July 2019 at Senate Chamber, Westville Campus from 12:00 to 15:00, which were also great. Thanks to all Durban City Tour organizers, we look forward to cruising boats sometimes on August 2019.
