When the dead uses his credentials to login.

Sometimes I wonder which algorithms they use to mess up with votes, like if we have 1000 voters in a constituency, how randomly they distribute the stats without seeing noticeable changes?

Tech can manipulate, just instruct a machine to learn data and then it will follow.

Seems the dead was a superuser, i.e., ssh root@His_IP_Address! :grinning:

I was following court ruling in the news about this election, i read that NASA party ICT expert has explained the algorithm which they think it was used to rig votes. My question about this has been answered finally hehehe, its linear regression with a certain confidence interval. Lets talk mathematics, politics aside. If we have say 1000 random data, then its possible to fit these random data in a straight line by different functions which depends on the software used. In MATLAB, there is "polyfit" inbuilt function. For linear regression it is order one, for quadratic it is order two etc. So these functions will approximate the linear outcome of the given data at a certain confidence level. These estimates are also used in weather forecast predictions, Artificial intelligence, machine learning etc.

Y=1.2045x + 183546.
With this formula, if candidate x has no vote then candidate Y has 183546 votes already.

"The former Ombudsman claimed that the Y in the formula represents President Kenyatta’s votes which were derived at by multipling X ( Raila Odinga’s votes) at any one time with 1.2045X and adding 183,546, a formula he did not comprehend but which was advanced by NASA’s ICT expert Dr Edgar Otumba Ouko in his affidavit."

This case is interesting, the fact that they broadcast the proceedings live.
