SORRY FOR ASKING VERY LONG QUESTION, IT IS BECAUSE IT HAS DISTURBED ME SO MUCH
Iam a beginer in web programming during my practise when I write my web page with differnt division (div) the page does not maintain its appearence such the right most div drops down, especially whe i minimize the browser window, but if I look to others web pages there is no such a problemm how would I solve the problem? here is the code:

Mr John you should be specific, i don't even understand your problem, if you say page is not maintaining it's appearance you are supposed first to deal with CSS language of styling webpages appearance. For more help your problem must be well clarified and specific, example, may be your link alignment problems, your div's alignment (which alignment left, right or ?). We are not even aware of what you want your web to look like. I will be back
