How to Sync WhatsApp Chats to the Web

The following instructions will enable you to sync your WhatsApp conversations to the web

1. Make sure you are running the latest version of WhatsApp on your Android, Windows or BlackBerry phone

2. On your computer, navigate to https://web.whatsapp.com using Firefox, Chrome, Opera or any other browser. You will see a large code - QR code. Scan the QR code using the scanner for your particular platform. On the Android, for example:

- Go to the WhatsApp main menu

- Select the WhatsApp Web option

You will then see a webcam like scanner. Use it to scan the QR code, and immediately as the code is scanned, your list of WhatsApp conversations is pulled up in your browser.

As pointed out in the link above, there are issues/limitations in syncing WhatsApp chats and web for iOS and Safari users currently.
