Export Multiple Data Frames to Excel Workbook
Openxlsx package makes it easier to export multiple tables in R (I think in Python too) to Excel workbook with each Excel worksheet corresponding to each data frame in R. Check http://bit.ly/RdatatoExcelworkbook for usage.
