Registration for the Big Data in Astronomy: A Potential Tool For Social Innovation (BArIStA) workshop running from the 7 - 11 August 2017 (Flic en Flac, Mauritius) is now open. This international Joint Exchange Development Initiative (JEDI) workshop is partially funded by the task force on Astronomy for Universities and Research (TF1) of the Office of Astronomy for Development (OAD) of the International Astronomical Union (IAU).
